Cancellation Policy / TERMS & CONDITIONS
You may cancel your booking by giving the Bella Villa at least 28 days notice prior to your arrival date and your deposit (one nights accommodation) will be refunded to you minus 25% administration costs.
Deposits for Bookings cancelled with less than 28 days notice will not be refunded
If the Bella Villa has not been given notice of cancellation and you do not arrive then the total cost of your accommodation will be deducted from your credit card.
Any cancellations after arrival (either wholly or partially) will have all money retained subject to re-letting the room at the original tariff. Re-letting is at the owners discretion and any shortfall from the original tariff plus any additional cleaning fees will be due and payable.
The provision of the deposit and cancellation policies form part of the terms and conditions of your stay at the Bella Villa.
