The property is situated under the late afternoon shadow of Mt Chapman in the west. Cows and calves regularly graze the forty acres of grasslands surrounding the house and the cattle drink from shinglers creek which flows within fifty metres of the cottage verandah.
The Cottage has two double bedrooms with large loft, dining room, family room, and verandah on all sides. Also with Austar.
