Suitable for family groups, set amongst palm trees this luxurious 3 bedroom full brick home has 2 lounge rooms and ulta functional kitchen. It is located just one street back from the picturesque lake and nearby casual cafe. All this less than 10 minutes walk from the golden sand of 7 Mile Beach.
The blue waters and golden sands of Forster Main Beach or Tuncurry Rock Pool is just a 10 minute car ride away. Green Point Get-A-Way is the perfect quiet getaway for those who love to swim, go bushwalking, try rock fishing or simply relax with a coffee by the lake. Green point is surrounded by the Myall Lakes which are calm enough for water sports such as kayaking or surf skiing and there is excellent fishing from rocks for whiting, bream and flathead.
Green Point Get-A-Way offers a large grassed backyard, ideal for little children and perfect for outdoor entertaining with the large timber setting and BBQ. The house is large with spacious dining room and lounge room plus rumpus room. The house has lake glimpses and extensive bush land views from the large verandah ideal for lazy afternoons or cocktails to watch the sun go down. The laundry room has a washing machine and large tub. Three bedrooms all carpeted, the remainder of the house has tiled flooring throughout. All bedrooms have built-ins and large sliding glass windows to keep the house cool.
