Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions For group bookings (of 10 passengers or greater) changes to numbers must be finalised 48 hours in advance. Cancellations fee: 8-30 days prior to cruise time - 50% of the vessel charter rate for the cruise. 3-7 days prior to cruise time - 100% of the vessel charter rate for the cruise. Less than 48 hours notice- Full charter rate plus catering costs for final numbers. No show policy: In the event of any booked passenger/s failing to appear at the Free Spirit at cruise time the full ticket price will be charged and ticket forfeited.
