Each TOWNHOUSE sleeps 4 adults & 2 children and both are fully self contained. Each unit has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed. In the bedrooms downstairs, there are two single beds and a double bed. The bathroom upstairs, has a shower, bath and toilet. There is a second shower and toilet in the laundry downstairs.
THE DINING/LIVING ROOMS look out on to the sundeck and has lovely views of palms, gums and the park (across the road) and Wallis Lake.
Both Townhouse KITCHENS feature a wall/oven grill, benchtop hotplates and microwave. Both units have a television, DVD player and a free to air TV digital receiver. Both are equipped with their own clothes dryer, washing machine, electric iron, Hills Hoist clothes line in fully fenced backyards. There is a shared exterior gas barbaque in the front yard.
STROLL to the park, Wallis Lake, jetty and boatramp. Ideal location for boating, fishing or sailing, easy walk to the LICENSED CLUB for drinks, a meal from the bistro or just relax on the deck and watch the sunset across the lake.
1200 metres to the beach and 100 metres to the lakes edge. Nearby TENNIS COURTS available for hire.
A SE-AL 3.8 METRE RUNABOUT is available for complimentary use by guests. From 9:00am till 5:00 pm by arrangement. A boat lisence is not required. Carries up to 4 persons at a time.
