The twin Townhouse Holiday Accommodation is just 3 hours north from Wahroonga(Sydney). Located at Elizabeth Beach, NSW. Includes free use of an outboard runabout. Great for boating or swimming being just 100 metres from the lakes edge and 1200 metres from the ocean beach. Easy walk to the local club for drinks, a meal from the bistro or relax on the deck and watch the sunset across the lake.
There are 3 bedrooms with one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds. There is a lock up garage, sundeck, fenced yard and exterior gas barbeque. Also included are a television, dvd player, washing machine, clothes drier and electric iron. The kitchen is equipped with a wall oven, hotplates and microwave.
The boat a Sea-al 3.8 metre runabout and motor is available from 9.00am to 5.00pm daily by prior arrangement. The motor is a 2010 Tohatsu 4 stroke 3.5HP. A boat license is not required. The boat is shared between 2 townhouses and during busy times is lent on odd dates to unit 1 and even days to unit 2. Not available Sundays unless otherwise arranged.

Centrally located large 4 bedroom house situated high on the hill in Angler's Paradise. Fabulous lake views which take in the Forster-Tuncurry bridge, Wallis Lake & the hinterland. Sleeps 8-11.
This house does accommodate up to eleven people. This is to allow 2/3 families to stay together. The maximum number of adults per booking is six. Large groups of adults only may be accepted if the group agrees to not disturb the neighbours with excessive noise, including loud voices and music. Forster Lakeview's' central position in the area of Forster known as Angler's Paradise means that beaches, lake, Aquatic Centre, golf course, restaurants, cafes, bowling club and services club are all only a 2 minute drive away, as is the new Stocklands shopping centre. It is in a quiet family neighbourhood. This house accommodates eight people but sleeps up to eleven people if 2/3 families wish to stay with a larger number of children.
'Forster Lakeview' is a large, four-bedroom house. The main living area is situated upstairs. There are three bedrooms, a bathroom with separate shower and bath, a separate toilet, a kitchen (older style with a new gas cooker, a dishwasher and microwave oven), a large living and dining area with a 40" LCD television, and a balcony that runs the width of the house and which enjoys fabulous views over Wallis Lake.
Downstairs there is a large living room with another television. Leading from this room is an older style second shower-room with a separate toilet. There is also a very large bedroom. The garage and entry are next to these rooms. Please note that the garage has a narrow entry and may not suit all vehicles. There is parking for 2-4 vehicles in front of and beside the house.

Situated in Forster Keys, this property is the ideal location for family holidaymakers. A spacious house with tiled kitchen, dining, sunroom and living areas and carpeted lounge and bedrooms, this property has been furnished with your comfort in mind. It has a large private pool, separate fenced lawn and paved entertaining areas.
There is a large gas BBQ to cook up a storm. The rear-to-north backyard remains lovely and warm all year round. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, Forster Lakeside is both very private and extremely quiet. Forster Keys is a flat residential area of Forster. It is ideal for walking and bike-riding. Young children learning to ride would find this area just perfect. No steps in the house and safety rails in the bathroom mean that older visitors can feel at home. As well as ceiling fans there is a reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the living areas, which will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. In the loungeroom there is a 42" plasma television as well as a DVD player.

Ideally located only a flat 2 minute walk to the lake, which has great fishing. The beaches - One Mile, Main Beach and Pebbly Beach, the Aquatic Centre with its 2 pools, gyms, spa and sauna, Forster Golf Course as well as the new Stocklands shopping centre are all less than 5 minutes' drive away. For those who love boating, there is a public slipway with plenty of parking one minute away, which the crowds have not yet discovered. Great for water-skiing. There is a public barbecue facility with lots of shade there as well. The surrounding area has some great attractions for all ages but if you just want to lie back and unwind while the kids play in the pool then 'Forster Lakeside' is what you are looking for.

Situated high on the hill to capture the breezes, 'Forster Lake Vista' has an enviable position. A balcony running the length of the house where you can sit and enjoy the fabulous sunsets will put you in holiday mode. The upstairs living area/kitchen takes in the same fabulous views.
Newly painted and carpeted throughout, upstairs there are two bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living/dining area with kitchen off it, a bathroom, separate toilet, and laundry. There are balconies front and back and from the rear of the house you can sit and take in the fabulous lake and hinterland views. The rear deck is new - it is spacious an outdoor entertaining area means you can have your meals here while enjoying the fabulous lake views.
Downstairs there is a large living area with a single bed and single trundle bed at one end. At the other end is a lounge area with television and a DVD player. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe and a shower room with separate toilet.
The yard has a large central, shady tree. It is lovely sitting out here. There is also an undercover area here as well. That means that there are two separate outdoor areas as well as the grassy backyard.
Please note that there are no internal stairs between the upstairs and downstairs. This set-up is ideal for two families, or families with teenagers who would love their own space, or maybe grandma and grandpa would enjoy some privacy and may like to sleep downstairs. Steps at the rear and a ramp at the back provide access between floors.

The Palms Oasis Caravan Park has been owned & operated by Norm & Narelle Lyons for fifteen years. The park is managed by their son & daughter in law Chad & Candice Lyons.
The park is situated in a superb location only 1.2km or an easy 10 min walk to Blueys Beach, which is a renowned surf beach. Elizabeth beach is only 4km by car or 1.5km bush walk and is patrolled on weekends and during school holiday times. Elizabeth Beach is well suited to families as it faces north-east and is well protected from east and south-east waves.
The park sits amidst 3 coastal lakes being Wallis Lake 2km, Smiths Lake 6km & Myall Lake 10km. Perfect for the skiers and young families.
There are a number of cafes and restaurants located in the area and Forster is just a 15 minute drive away and boasts most major supermarkets and take-away restaurants.

The rear yard is fully enclosed and neat and tidy. The patio is equiped for outdoor entertaining and a pleasant area for meals at any time. There is a separate BBQ area with additional outdoor setting.
The cottage has a queen, 2 singles & 1 single + trundle and the flat has 1 x double + 2 x double sofa beds. The main bathroom has the world's most comfortable bath - a long claw footer. Blankets and pillows are provided, along with modest kitchen provisions. An additional charge is levied for use of the flat but it is never let separately.
Well behaved dogs are most welcome. We only allow a maximum of 2 medium to large dogs or 3 small dogs. House trained dogs are permitted inside but not on the furniture. We even have doggie doors. A raised dog bed is available in the laundry but please bring bedding.
